The third parties that process personal data on our behalf, what for, and where.

What this list covers
These are the third parties that process personal data on our behalf — for the website, bookings and communications.
The xRazor platform has no subprocessors. It runs on the customer's own infrastructure, makes no outbound calls, and sends nothing to us or to any third party — including AI model providers. The reasoning model runs locally, inside the customer's network.
Current subprocessors
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting and delivery | Request data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) | United States, global edge network |
| Umami Software, Inc. | Cookieless website analytics | Pages viewed, referrer, campaign tags, browser, OS, device type, country, on-site clicks and events (IP address used only to derive country and unique counts) | United States / European Union |
| Cal.com, Inc. | Scheduling calls | Name, email, company, role, chosen time, notes | United States |
| Google LLC | Video meetings and calendar invitations (Google Meet) | Name, email, meeting time | United States |
